for me it's the first time hearing the japanese version in full. i'm usually a sub > dub guy but with FMA i prefer english -- but not by a lot, i have to admit.

2025-03-27 16:02:17 +0000 UTCso basically, Hohenheim was saying those things so that Edward can hear them. he saw the dog going in Edwards room, knowing he was up and dog was going to greet him. he did this so that Edward would get a burden off from his shoulders and learn that he didnt kill Trisha twice. he, as a father, gave him a hint to learn something, without being a helicopter parent. well played
