If the LA doesn't get a Season 2 I'm sure they will continue the anime as they really seem to like it but that's the way they are gonna do each series going forward. Unless they change their minds of course.

Its better to watch how its supposed to be first then watch how the live action did it because the anime did everything a lot better, especially arlong park. Thats the only part of the live action I was pretty disappointed in and you still loved it. I'm here to tell you the anime is always gonna do it better and if you watch the live action portions first you are only spoiling it for yourselves with a worse version than the original. Plus there is no shot the live action is gonna even get to the grand line for many years. Please don't stop watching the anime

I know they have to make cuts for the live action, but character stuff like Usopp's honor and bravery shouldn't be part of those cuts. Still, the live action is easily the best live action adaptation of an anime/manga I've ever seen by a very large margin. I mean, it's one of the best live action adaptations of anything I've seen lol. I'm not counting adaptations of books in that though 😉
