2024-01-01 18:05:27 +0000 UTCIt's never brought up by the characters in the show but Hange is nonbinary, series author Isayama has asked editors/translators in the past to use gender-neutral pronouns or otherwise use male and female pronouns equally when talking about them. But no one in the community will crucify you for calling them she/her, I don't think Hange would really care either :)
