The ministry's ball #7 (Final!)

Chapter #7: The outcome

Harry yawned, he had just awoken, it seems like he slept well and he was thankful for it, he had sex with Amelia the whole night, he smirked as he remembers what they did during the night, and it was hard to not do it, he was opening his eyes little by little and then, he saw her once again, she was sleeping so peacefully, it was hard to see her like that.

The minister is always busy and efficient at her work, so, seeing her sleep so peacefully it’s kind of weird for him, even during their trips she was always alert, and then he realized that this was nothing but another show of trust from her to him, she trusted him enough to take care of things if something happens while she’s sleeping.

Harry couldn’t help but smile at the sight, she looked so beautiful right now, but he didn’t want to interrupt her dreams, so, he touched her cheeks for a while before he kissed them, Harry got into the bathroom, he had to take care of his morning wood.

And once he looked at the mirror he started to wash his face, he smiled at the sight, he didn’t look that bad even if Amelia wore him out during the night, he couldn’t stop smirking at the thought, she was so amazing that it was hard for him to still believe it, it seems like the myth was true, calmed persons are such beasts in bed.

Harry conjured a spell to get his mouth washed and another to fix his hair and once he got back to the bedroom he looked everywhere for his underwear, he was surprised to find that piece of clothing in a chandelier, he couldn’t help but smirk, the night was such a mess that they managed to do something as crazy as this.

He walked downstairs and reached the kitchen, he wanted to surprise Amelia with some breakfast, he used to hate making breakfast when he was a kid, he had to serve his uncles and he hated that, but now, he felt a little grateful that he learned to do that, it gave him the chance to give a pleasant surprise to the older woman who was still sleeping.

He didn’t though about too much about what to make, some pancakes with butter and maple syrup was the perfect start, a glass of milk, fried eggs with bacon and add to that some baked beans and he was ready to surprise the older woman, but then, he was the one being surprised.

- Oh… That smells delicious! – Said an older woman surprising Harry.

Amelia was rubbing her eyes, she looked tired and sleepy but still, it looks like she managed to take care of herself, her hair was fixed her face looked clean and she was wearing a white nightgown over a set of red lingerie.

- Damn… I wanted to surprised you – Harry said feeling defeated, the older woman just smirked at him.

Amelia got close to him, and even if he was a little disappointed that he didn’t manage to surprise her, he smiled once she was in front of him, both of them were biting their lower lips, they were waiting for the other to make a move.

Harry quickly mentalized himself to do it, she was the older one that was the truth, but that didn’t mean that he couldn’t take the lead, he placed his hands on her waist and then kissed her.

It was a short but loving kiss, they loved the way the other’s lips felt, but still, they decided to not deepen their kiss too much, they were hungry and the food was already waiting for them to eat it.

- Come on Amy… Let’s get something to eat – Harry said calmly before he decided to handle her a plate with pancakes.

The older woman smiled, she was happy with was she was seeing, they traveled enough for Harry to realize what her favorite dishes were, and she asked for something like this every time they visited a new village or a town.

They were enjoying the food that Harry made, Amelia was surprised with his culinary skills, she always thought that someone like him wouldn’t be interested in something like cooking and all that stuff, she was already thinking of ordering food but thankfully, they didn’t have to do that, Harry’s food was as delicious as something from an expensive restaurant.

- This is delicious Harry… You’re spoiling me way too much – Amelia said before she took another bite – I swear to you that if I get used to this… You will need to take care of it every day! – She playfully threatened him before she got back to eat.

Harry just smiled at her before he swallowed his food.

- Is that an order, minister? Nothing is impeding you to order me that, right? – Asked Harry while smirking and Amelia just raised her brow – Not that I’m complaining though – He added and the older redhead couldn’t help but smirk.

- Be careful with your words Harry… I may be gentle but when I want something I fight until I get it – She winked at him once she said that.

- I'm not surprised to hear that to be honest, but I want to know something...What do you want right now, minister? – Asked Harry with a slight smirk on his face.

This playful thing, neither in their wildest dreams they expected to be doing something like this, it was too exciting for both of them, they hadn’t experienced something like this before.

- You know what I want… I’m seeing it right in front of me – She said before winking at him once again.

Harry blushed but still, he didn’t stop smiling, the minister was such a tease sometimes, like she said before when she wants something she fights until the end to get it, and right now, she was clearly trying to defeat him in this flirting game, she was quite experienced at it, but Harry wasn’t going to let her win so easily.

- Then take it, minister… It’s all yours… You just—Harry started but he couldn’t finish.

Amelia decided to kiss him right at that moment, Harry was taken a little by surprise by the older woman’s actions, but once he got back into his senses, he decided to kiss her back, they were sharing a loving and caring kiss and they didn’t care about anything else in the world than the person in front of them.

- OH… MY… GOD! – Another voice interrupted them.

Amelia and Harry stopped kissing, they were trying to hide their bodies with anything they could find, but they didn’t find anything useful.

- Oh god… Susan… Why did you come without notifying me!? – Amelia complained.

In front of them, there was a younger woman, around the same age as Harry, she looked like a younger version of Amelia, she was actually one of Harry’s classmates, to say that she was shocked would be an understatement, she couldn’t believe what she was seeing in front of her, the minister, her aunt, and the most important wizard were engaging in something strange right now.

Susan, quickly realized the funny situation she was in right now, she couldn’t help but smirk, she decided to cover her eyes, even if neither Harry nor Amelia looked bad, she knew that she couldn’t stare at them too much, it was her aunt and Harry after all and she has a boyfriend.

- Uh… Well… You should get changed, there’s something important I want to talk with you both right now – Susan said as calmly as she could – I’ll see you both in the living room – She added before she went towards said part of the house.

Harry and Amelia were a little relieved but also embarrassed that they were caught while they were kissing by no other than Amelia’s niece.

- Oh god… This was the thing that worried me last night Amy – Harry mumbled still surprised.

- Come on Harry… Let’s get dressed properly, something important must have happened if she decided to just come here without notifying me before – Amelia said calmly and Harry nodded.

A few moments later and Susan was still trying to think about the current situation she was in right now, she couldn’t believe that her aunt and Harry could be doing that, but she shouldn’t be surprised, after all, it seems like her aunt had a crush on Harry’s father when she was younger, both of them were colleagues at the Auror department and Harry well, a man around his age doesn’t care too much about details like age and societal norms.

Susan was still thinking about what happened, she was so immersed in her thoughts that she didn’t realize that Harry and her aunt were already in the living room.

- Uh Susan? – Amelia waved her hands at her niece and then the younger woman quickly got back to reality.

- I’m sorry! – Said the younger redhead and Amelia just waved her hands.

This was too uncomfortable but at least, this time both Harry and Amelia were dressed, Harry was using a white shirt and black shorts, he managed to transfigure them and Amelia was using a red long dress.

- Okay Susan, what was so important that you decided to come here without previously notifying me? – Asked Amelia with a soft smile on her face.

Susa suddenly felt scared, she knew what that smile meant, Amelia was angry right now, and it wasn’t just because she had been caught, Susan has zero permission to come here without announcing because something bad could be awaiting her in the Bones' manor.

The last time Amelia was about to get killed, Susan was at a friend’s home, so, she had luck that she wasn’t here, so, after that experience, Amelia demanded to be notified by her niece so she could know what it’s safe for her to come here but also as a way for her niece to know that if she doesn’t respond her messages she could know that something happened to her.

- Well… I’m sorry aunt… I know about our rule… But I thought that you were safe because, well—Susan couldn’t finish, she was finding a way to say this without making things more uncomfortable.

- And why would you think that I was safe Susan? – Asked the older redhead with a serious expression.

Susan was having difficulties thinking clearly, so, she decided to speak with actions and not words, she decided to put a newspaper on the little table in the middle of the living room.

Harry and Amelia were surprised to see that newspaper, they didn’t know what that meant, but once they read the headline, their eyes widened.

- What!? – Amelia couldn’t believe it.

- How did she manage to get that!? – Asked Harry completely stunned after seeing the headline.

“The man who conquered… The minister’s heart!

A new romance in the making between our minister and the man who conquered!?

We are convinced that we've caught these important persons having a secret romance, a whole article by Rita Skeeter, and also don’t forget to check out the pictures on pages 10-15!”

Amelia and Harry couldn’t believe it, somehow Rita Skeeter managed to get a picture of both of them kissing, they analyzed the picture and they realized that it was taken outside of the Bones manor.

- I’m going to kill her – Mumbled Amelia ready to hunt Rita Skeeter.

- Wait, Amy! Don’t do anything stupid! – Harry tried to calm her down.

- I’m sorry Harry… But look at what she did, she deserves it for messing with the incorrect persons! – Amelia said angrily and Harry just continued comforting her.

Harry remained in silence for a while, he didn’t say anything he just continued hugging the older woman, she needed him to be strong right now and he was also going to make sure that she doesn’t say something that could get her in trouble and get her out of the ministry.

- Amelia… I’m not going to lie to you… I’m angry too, this wasn’t the way I wanted the people to know about us – Harry said in a serious tone – I’m not ashamed of being with you… Of course, that may not be the case for you but, I want you to know that I want the world to know about us – Harry said with a soft smile on his face.

And then Amelia decided to look back at him, she was surprised to hear him say that, he was acting so mature, so strange, was he somehow replaced during the night?

- Harry… Us… What’s going on between us? – She asked seriously.

Harry was taken by surprise by that question, he hadn’t thought about that, they indeed had sex last night, but they never made a promise to love each other and to be together, maybe she just wanted a one-night stand, but Harry wanted something else.

- Amy… I’m not going to lie to you… I enjoyed what we did last night but… -Amelia felt a little disappointed after hearing that but still, she was going to respect his decision – I want more than that – He added seriously and that made Amelia’s eyes widen.

- W-What!? – She asked surprised.

She wasn’t expecting him to say something like that, she liked the words she had just heard but it seems like he didn’t know where he was getting into.

- Amy… I don’t know what the future has in store for us but… I want to be with you, I don’t care about what the rest of the world thinks about us… I’m not regretting being with you if anything… I regret not being with you before – He confessed and those words were enough to make Amelia tear up a little.

She didn’t say anything she just embraced the younger man, they were so focused on each other that they forgot that Susan was still there.

- Well… I guess, welcome to the family Harry – Susan said calmly trying to get away and leave them alone – Don’t worry about me… I support your decision of being together! – Susan said cheerfully.

Amelia quickly looked back at her niece, she decided to run towards her and embrace her.

- Are you sure this isn’t weird, I mean… Harry was your classmate... – Amelia said and Susan quickly tried to make her forget about it.

- Don’t worry about that aunty… As long as you both love and respect each other, you have my total support… After all, you took care of me since I was little… You deserve to be happy too – Susan said and Amy couldn’t help but embrace her once again.

- You’re too good – Mumbled the older woman while she continued embracing Susan.

Neither Harry nor Susan said anything, they just let the older woman let out all that she had been hiding, and a few minutes later, when they finally decided to let go of the other, Susan decided to give them a private moment.

At that moment, Harry and Amelia rested in the living room, they were holding each other’s hands and looking at each other’s eyes, they were happy right now and they were eager to see what the future has in store for them, they know that there will be some difficulties, but still, they knew that as long as they were together they’re going to be fine.
