Ted and Beard were coaching a D3 school… none of those kids are going pro so the coaching being all about life is appropriate. Also not sure how much the crew know about European football but relegation is a huge deal. The bottom 3 teams in the Premier League get dropped down to the 2nd tier called the Championship. The top 3 teams in the Championship are promoted to the Premier League. Teams that get relegated lose around 100m pounds in the first season they get relegated and it permanently devastates some clubs.
