Killmongers episode was easily the best and least ridiculous

Caleb

Wow, somehow I managed to pick the literal LEAST POPULAR ONE yet again

Nothing beats that scene where Hawkeye dove into the ultrons in slow motion

ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING, Marvel Zombies easy

Hainzie

I chose the finale because I was the best parts of each episode put into one, but before that I would jave said the Thor one, goofy Thor was just such a nice change of pace compared to the other's

BigSteve Kasten

For me it was easily episode 8..... I loved all the episodes but that one in particular really got me hyped and had me really interested..... I loved the story with Hawkeye and Black Widow and the fight between Ultron and the Watcher was just too awesome.....

RussellMuffinXP

Before the finale, I would have said 1x5 due to just how incredibly bleak it is but still had heroes to fight... now though? Strange reigns Supreme.

I disagree. You're entitled to your opinion of course but your decision to describe the episode as "leagues above the rest" necessitated my reply. I like the episode conceptually and I do think the final product is still good, but in execution it has a lot of problems, in my opinion. An episode like this relies heavily on the emotive performances of the actors and I feel Cumberbatch didn't quite deliver in a lot of key moments. Also the Ancient One's reappearance is extremely under-explained; I don't care how magic she is, you can't just have a dead character show up and say she's an echo or whatever and make it acceptable. Also also, I'm not usually one to complain about the typical "MCU snark" but Strange Supreme being so casual and snarky while he's on his quest for power just feels grossly at odds with where his character is supposed to be at that point in the story.

Episode 4. Cumberbatch smashed it and it was a heart breaking end for his messed up character

Reddevilman77

I don't agree.

I didn't like the Dr. Strange ep. quite as much as everyone else seems to. I do like it but I wasn't impressed with Cumberbatch's performance at some key moments and the handwave-y way they involved the Ancient One despite her being dead really bothered me. I feel like I need to watch the first 2 eps again now that I'm more used to the fast pacing of the show. While I liked them a lot the first time, I feel like I'd enjoy them even more now, especially the Star Lord T'Challa one. I liked ep. 3 and the Killmonger and Party Thor episodes a lot (although the Killmonger one ends weirdly abruptly). Zombies has some good moments but the tone just didn't quite work for me (too serious to be an outright comedy, too silly to work as a believable story). Despite the fact I really don't like how implausibly easily Ultron killed Thanos, I think that ep.8 is my favourite overall. I enjoy the huge scale of the threat and how genuinely scary Infinity Ultron is, plus the battle between Uatu and him is extremely fun. Ep. 9, while still good, didn't quite measure up in my opinion, the final battle with Ultron wasn't as good as the Uatu/Ultron one, there just wasn't enough time in a 30 minute episode to properly focus on all the characters and their dynamics as a team and, while I understand why it happened, the now inexplicable appearance of Thanos-killer Gamora is very awkward and distracting.

I like zombie

The Dr. Strange episode had the most heart and the most clear cosmic consequences about messing with time and reality. I'm surprised the Captain Carter and Killmonger episodes don't have more votes as they were very strong as well.

T' Challa's episode evoked the most emotion, Ultron's had the most excitement, and Strange's episode had the best concept, for me. I chose T'Challa's as my overall favorite. 💜

Angel Groves

Captain Carter and T’Challa were the front runners for sure. Dr Strange was ok in concept but I think it’s the consequences of that episode is what everyone likes.

Gavin Hardiman

8 and 9 as they are the same story just split into 2. i like PARTS of the strange ep mostly him using magic out side of that meh. the mightest avengers one was pretty good. reminded me of an episode of charmed or some other type show.

rickie woodson

Killmonger easily had the best story/plot of the series imo, loved seeing him manipulate his way through everyone

Jsmooth12033

Dr Strange and it ain't even close

Sam K

Ultron wasn't defeated easy. It took time but no it makes perfect sense that the only way to beat him was with Zola. Just like Vision against him, controlling his AI isn't that crazy of a task. And Ego can't do anything against all six stones. Its just the truth. If you mean the finale, Ego didn't die, his avatar just died. It's not hard to destroy that. We've seen it.

Lorenzo Baxter

I didn't like any of them, but I guess 8 was the least bad.

Chris Peacock

Episode 3 was the only good one so... that's my answer.

Kevin Bartelen

People are going to shit on me by my unpopular opinion is the Dr. Strange one was one of my least favorites. It just seemed very repetitive. My favorite one was Ultron Won.

Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen #1

Thor vs Captain Marvel sold episode 7 as the best

Billy THE KID Lawrence

dr strange was by far the best for me, it had so much heart and feeling to it compared to the others

KuroOberon

same!

Vonnie Stewart

the strange episode directly contradicts itself andd the mcu multiple times.

KasaiKouhai

Episode 2 is my favorite. It is just so much fun and I can watch it over and over.

e com

I agree with eric the starlord name makes no sense for tchalla and i was actually disappointed how easily they handled ultron and EGO like everything in everyones universe was a happy ending and it was disappointing

I say either dr strange or the finale dr strange from a story standpoint or the finale from a action standpoint

spencer

There is something so menacing about Infinity Ultron. The stakes in episode 8 were higher than ever before and the ramifications of his actions were truly felt across the inifinite universes.

The Strange episode imo was possibly the best thing Marvel Studios have ever produced. The show was decent, but that episode was levels above

Chris

If I had to pick three... I would. But because this is a Blind Wave poll, and because I don't wanna break the rules of the poll, and because I don't want the guys to hate me for breaking the rules, I shall answer with pride. The Doctor Strange one, cuz love.

MarkIsDaBoss

Stange beats out Ultron and "Dead Avengers", but just by a small margin. I enjoyed the action of Ultron and the twist of Dead Avengers, but Strange's episode was more cerebral.

SonOfDarkHelmet

If it wasnt for Strange I would've voted for episode 2

Joel

I liked the fun adventure of Starlord T’Challa. I’m inclined to think we’ll have a team up every season but I think it’d also be cool just to see if the watcher has any consequences for breaking his oath.

Cal

8 and 9 don't feel fair to say because its bringing all the previous episodes together. The stand alone episode for me was definitely Dr Strange

Josh Bornman

4 was riffing on the greatest anime of all time in Steinsgate so no wonder its popular

Jack Kelly

Episode 7&3 were the best, episode 4 was boring, y’all are tasteless

Talulabelle

Best to worst in my opinion: Dr Strange Starlord T'challa Dead Avengers Party Thor Finale Ultron won Zombies Captain Carter Killmonger Overall I feel this series was wasted potential

Jack Kelly

What if…Ultron won? was a visual spectacle, but my favorite was the Doctor Strange episode, and, in my opinion, the best writing of the whole season.

John M

The best? Probably Strange. My favorite? Probably Starlord T’Challa, Killmonger, or the Finale. It’s hard to choose!

Jordan Malloy

For me, it's Strange. I'm not the biggest fan of the character, so for that one to really click with me, they did something right.

Michael De Tie

The Doctor Strange episode is LEAGUES above the rest.
