Mask of Zorro is one of the best blockbusters of the last 30 years which presumably a lot of patrons watched when they were kids, and Tenet is a Nolan movie.

One thing I don’t get. Vicky loves anime, and while it’s not actually anime, why hasn’t there been more of a call for “Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse”! Even without seeing any other Spider-Man movies, (meaning one joke in particular would go over her head), it stands alone, and it is a masterpiece of imagery with an incredible soundtrack!

I think Tenet is the best for reacting to honestly. I can definitely see why people don't like it but I honestly love it, and love it or hate it it's a good reaction movie. I love seeing people try to figure it all out.

Yeah, might be the best for reacting, but it may be the worst film on that list. It's certainly the worst received.

In regards to future movie polls, maybe you guys should alternate between two polls, one for more recent films, and one for older films that have a harder time getting chosen. That way, you alternate between watching one older film and one newer film a month, and everybody gets what they want and doesn’t feel left out. While I do understand that some more recent fare get more votes due to recent popularity, it’s not fair to the older films being on the poll with the newer stuff that always gets picked.

Redline all the way. Please vote for it folks, the guys will absolutely enjoy the movie.

Maybe just stop doing the polls at this point? Obviously everyone will always vote for the most recent option when it’s included, and that makes sense and is certainly a good pick for the channel. But the illusion of choice is more aggravating than anything.

Im not trying to be mean.. im honestly curious about people who like this movie.. plz post the reason why you like it and why it would make a good reaction. I think i fell asleep twice watching it. And i gave up aftet about 80% my third watch through. I think the some of the action scenes are cool but the movie jsut doesnt make sense based on premise alone.

The problem is that the polls are meant to be for people to vote for a reaction they'd watch. If people aren't voting for the older movies, people probably aren't going to be as interested in watching the reaction to them anyway. More recent movies also helps promote the channel, since people are more likely to search for reaction videos to recent movies. So it's a doubly bad business move to invest time to watching a movie that the majority of people aren't interested in.

I'm gonna be "that guy" and say how unfair it is to older movies to be on a poll up against anything that has had media attention in the last 10 years. Every now and then, similar to the Halloween/Christmas themed polls, you should really do a "classic poll". Sadly that means basically anything pre-2000. Hell maybe even pre-2005. But unless there is like nothing else available, or they're up against shit that was very poorly received, older movies have no shot. EDIT: I wonder what would happen if this was a 2 choice poll. Rocky v. Tenent.

Oh yes! I love Zorro, been ages since I've seen it. One of the best swashbucklers out there. Amusingly enough I just watched a video about the spicy fight scene in that one. And the music is excellent too.

Tenet is probably Nolan’s weakest film but i definitely think its still worthy of a reaction, i liked a lot but its way too complicated for its own good. Can’t wait for new movies to start coming out this year, they might have to do a movie reaction every week with HBO Max’s releases.
