Gon and Killua meet Knov's student Palm and learn that to earn a place in the Extermination Squad and return to the NGL, they must win against Morel's students Knuckle and Shoot in one month. To increase their chances of winning, Palm asks for Biscuit's help and they start a harsh training routine with her. Meanwhile at the Chimera Ants nest, Shaiapouf, the second Royal Guard awakens.

2020-09-12 18:48:05 +0000 UTCWhy is he saying "Olives in Spaghetti?" like that isn't how all spaghetti is? Granted..... I've never seen spaghetti where the tomatoes are in halves, and not a sauce. Also normally mine has corn in it as well. Though I will confess, I do actually know people who don't add corn, so I guess that isn't quite as common.

2020-09-12 18:47:53 +0000 UTCWell, interestingly, I'm not sure if Togashi had a similar thought. Because immediately after he revealed Kite's death, he gives Pitou the power to fix things. Of course, people will argue that Togashi's intent was to make you recognize Gon's denial before feeling something similar a few chapters later. That said, Togashi had previously stated that he likes to make rough outlines of each arc, but quickly abandons them when he starts writing. So either argument makes sense, but I honestly think that it may have been a mix of both. He regretted his decision to reveal Kite's death so early, but decided to utilize his power system to make his mess-up look intentional.

2020-09-12 18:27:01 +0000 UTCi always thought the decision to let the viewer see Kite lose and dead but Gon thinks he's alive, was the wrong move. Yes I know the payoff, but it would have be better if we didn't know the outcome and kept wondering until a later episode.
