Tanjiro and Inosuke face off against the Father Spider Demon of Mt. Natagumo. Tanjiro unleashes an attack, only to get hurled away by the demon's overwhelming power. Landing near a river, he comes upon the young demon Rui torturing the Sister Spider Demon. When Rui calls their bond of terror and hatred "a family's bond," Tanjiro is enraged. So begins the battle between Rui and Tanjiro.

But im of the few who think demon slayer is good at executing things other series did first.

That is the one who got beaten by the Father in the flashback and let herself be killed by Tanjiro. The one with the spider body with a humanoid head who turned people into spiders was the Brother. The big here is indeed the Father. He was the one who beat the Mother in the flashback. There is Rui and the Sister who encounter Tanjiro here.
