I think August Cartwright is going to make her more redeemable by the end of the season but not fully just enough to choose redeemable. I feel she is going to either disappear for some time after a bitter sweet ending or she will end up in Arkham to rehabilitate (leaving it open ended to her becoming Beth again or remaining as Alice)

At current count I think she has 7-8 murders on her hands, she's definitely irredeemable. However, she is sort of a light villain in the comics, a villain that is more than willing to do a good deed if it doesn't conflict with her plans or morals, so I could see her becoming that, which she seems to be doing already.

She has murdered several people. So unless her "redemption" involves a life long prison sentence that she actually carries out. No. Granted, Kate should be right along with her in prison considering she let Alice go multiple times and is basically responsible for every murder that occurred afterwards.

She’s literally responsible for SOOOOO much shit... in any reasonable script, they would do a bait and switch where they set up redemption and then at the last second the villain reverts, that way it’s more tragic But then again, this is CW and well... they don’t exactly have a good track record, especially when it comes to villains, Story and drama

Until Alice feels remorse for any of her actions I don’t think she deserves redemption. In this episode she threw Mary under the bus to save her own skin, lied about it, then wanted Kate to give her credit for saving Mary from a situation she put her in. She just used Mary as a tool and is unable to see how wrong that was. Alice really hasn’t shown me she should be redeemed.

I think she will try to redeem herself but it will be for selfish reasons like trying to prove to Kate wrong and that will eventually lead to her more angry at Kate when she isn't forgiven

I think I’ve yet to see an actual good arrowverse redemption and not just a hey this character is good now for some reason and faces no consequences for their actions. (Cough cough black siren) *very minor supergirl spoilers* except for that one scene in supergirl where she lost her powers and had to talk down a robber but that she was just one scene and if Alice was redeemed I don’t see how they would do it good she’s already too far down the rabbit hole.

I think that people say that Alice is psycho, but honestly she's more broken than not. I think there are definitely parts of Alice that can still be redeemed, but it definitely can't be rushed. Part of me wants to see Alice redeemed ESPECIALLY since it's been the focus of the season. Part of me wants Alice to stay a little bit evil because I think she does make a better villain than a hero. But also AHH Mary knows!!
