2019-06-04 10:10:16 +0000 UTCi dont think his powers are this strong because he suppresses them. i think hes just naturally strong and the power EXPLODES because he suppresses his emotions. because when we saw the flashback of him when he wrecked those bullies for ritsu, he hadnt learned about holding back his powers yet and was still that strong as a child.

2019-05-31 23:41:38 +0000 UTCI love this episode although the fight is amazing I think my favorite thing is the dialogue between the brothers and credit to the dub for I feel staying true to the sub I feel a bad habit of some dubs is to change stuff just for the sake of not being the same although sometimes they get it better but I really think the sub did a great job in this episode you could hear his anger when his otouto was hurt also it was legit shiro t poison in the Japanese

Some might call it cheating, but I like it when weaker characters are able to find a way to overcome stronger ones. Edit: Also, in the Japanese version, White T Poison is literally just Shiro T Poison with Shiro directly translating to White.

2019-05-31 16:14:15 +0000 UTCI would also like to point out one detail that I really like about this show. In One Punch Man, you never really did get the idea that Saitama could be hurt in anyway. As he's so incredibly powerful that even if he was thrashed all over the place, the worst he'd ever get would be either a paper cut or a mosquito bite. But with Mob. Even WITH his tremendous power. Always has this sense of vulnerability about him. Which is only emphasized here in this episode. Seeing him getting punched and kicked by Koyama is often hard to watch, as you are reminded that despite his powers. He's still a little kid, who can get hurt, or maybe even killed, by people like this. Of course he still wins, but he's not invincible. Emotionally, or physically.
