I think its Ruby now. Since Robin said that Coulson can put all the pieces together, I think his trust in Daisy will be rewarded and she will be able to control the power correctly.

I could see it being Coulson, since he is living on borrowed time. It could be used to save him somehow.

Personally, I'm hoping for Graviton himself to emerge, give Quinn a beard and he'd be the spitting image. He'd be a great series ending villain because of his shear power; also since his story arc would have started near the beginning of season one, it'd be a nice cap to the whole show.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Deke gets that and he is the one that destroys the Earth?

About the scene with Ian and the gravitoneum; Eric you're right, it was when Ward and John Garret (The Clairvoyant) were raiding a Shield armament/warehouse, and John says something along the lines of "Ian would appreciate this". That's probably what this scene was a callback from.

i think Daisy is supposed to become the destroyer of worlds but right before they do it, Ruby will interrupt and make herself the destroyer of worlds. Daisy will fight her but can't keep up with Rubys power, so she almost gots killed but Coulson comes to her rescue and eventually sacrafices himself for Daisy and dies (for the third and final time).

this is what makes SHIELD so great. they could go a lot of different ways with this and I'm sure every one of those outcomes will give us a crazy finale. I mean what other show can say that the main arc of their season 5 is a plot device they introduced in season 1 episode 3. that's insane!

I picked Daisy because it could be an interesting powerup for her if it doesn't destroy the earth and if AOS gets another season. Although the destroyer of worlds could be just Graviton himself.

I completely agree with you, but it could also be Ian Quinn since he got sucked into the gravetonium as well. Either way, I'm just glad after 5 seasons we are finally getting some answers.

Daisy and Ruby seem to obvious now, I think it’ll be a surprise. Maybe Kreele is forced to try and absorb the gravitonium again by the voices in his head and becomes Graviton.

I picked the third option because with the gravitonium being such a big part of this and franklin hall being mentioned again, i feel the gravitonium will manifest into franklin and he himself will be the destroyer of worlds, Graviton

I still think Daisy will get it. Good way to power her up more in the case that they get season six and she stays director. I could also see Coulson doing it and dying for the cause.
