It's a goofy and raunchy anime for sure, but also has some serious moments and really intense action. This is a better all-rounder anime that heavily leans goofy. Prison school is like you took the raunchiness of High School of the Dead and gave it as much self awareness as Konosuba. This one is straight up gooner material, perfect for the tier. Either one is great, personally I voted for Kill la Kill just to hear some Hiroyuki Sawano music

I like Kill la kill because animation is very unique but that and prison school are pervy af and full of degenerate shit XD, Uncle from another world is just a mid-tier isekai and I don't think it's very good as well as I don't think qualifies for D.A.D, Kakegurui is crazy and very unique so that might qualify and I haven't seen space dandy so who knows what it's about. Makeine I have no idea what it's about but I've seen the characters everywhere.
