2025-01-07 21:59:05 +0000 UTCThe main cast is one of my favorites in all of anime. The four of them are hilarious even in real life during events and interviews and whatnot. I think that's the main reason the Megumin spin-off was not nearly as popular despite her being the most popular character in the show. The writing, acting, music and overall production quality is just as good as the main series and I love Megumin as a character. But without the other 3 to bounce off of, the comedy just doesn't land the same way. Although I did still thoroughly enjoy the Megumin show.
