Hello, hello! Banshee is having the time of her life regarding the weather. Her cat is extra cuddly because of the cold, and she can wear her favorite hoodies and drink tea without melting into a pile of ectoplasm. Winter is truly the best!

Banshee continued to work on the scene with Khai! She may be starting to question her decision to turn this into a two CG scene, but now she is too far gone to turn back! Still, there are worse fates than to draw lewd scenes with cute cat boys, so she’s not really going to complain about it.
Vane lost some time from work because he was helping out the good folk at Kalyskah by writing a few scenes. Their deadline was in a few days for the bulk of the work, so Vane had to cut some time from Rise to work on that, but he compensated it by working on the weekend! We’re not sure how regular of an extra income that will be, but if Corintio keeps sending work Vane’s way that’s more money that he intends to funnel right into Rise. He’s already talking with M because he wants to commission about a dozen new backgrounds.
Vane also worked on a variety of new scenes for Rise, chief among them is a battle led by Eleanor and Marius, mostly from Eleanor’s POV. Their mission turns bad and Eleanor finds herself face to face with one of the Adversary's deadliest lieutenants. Can she overcome this new challenge?! We should hope so.

Vane has also been working on a new system to program choices into the text files. As they are now, they are quite cumbersome to program which leads to Vane not adding choices unless they are relevant, but he’s working on a better system that will make the implementation of branches much easier, which he intends to use to add more options for Catherine. So now Catherine will be able to react to situations in more varied ways, which will tie up with the new personality system that we want to implement as we move to edit the whole game for the final release.
