[DMC][Credo][military clothing] suggested by wispdemon
So I temporarily put aside the concept a few days ago, and just go for the idea "Imma put my favorite character in some random fancy costumes"
Still, I'm not giving up fixing his original design yet! But I need to consider more his back stories/world/culture to help me redesign his costume. (Maybe I'll make some AU stories and design a specific costume for him in the future)

至於前幾天想修正原作造型的念頭，我突然發現必需要有個更完整的世界觀和背景設定，以後有機會的話可能會乾脆從頭開始思考，弄幾篇AU故事出來好像也不賴。

Glad you like it! Yeah the white color is not very practical, though it resembles an angel. 18-19th military costume were also pretty fancy but I guess they could at least move their limbs freely even in a fancy costume...and we can figure out how they undress. Which the in-game-design does neither. Ah the arm shield kinda bothers me as well haha, so I just imagine that he can change his shield to an arm by his will :p I've drawn him about 10 years so anything is possible~ as long as I have time to plan a thorough story.

For me Credo's in-game-costume seemed like smth decorative and fancy than work/military clothing, so all these sewed elements can limit movements and decrease usability in favour of pure eye-candyness. His strange shield-arm-thing with only one wing in triggered form bugs me much more tbh. I can also picture Credo trying not to stain his pristine whiteness in the daily routine XD Heh, he might spend lots of money on dry cleaning. Btw any chances to see your AU stories here? I'm really curious :з
