SWEATER RIGS

i got a little work done on the next episode of HLTW. keeping up the trend of updating the rigs for each new installment. this time, the boys have some nifty sweaters and hats. theyre made from photographs of these wool socks that i have. we call this: SOCK FASHION ✨

here we can see TY breathing through a nebulizer. after a whole ordeal trying to find medical help during the season of illness, i checked in to an urgent care and was prescribed some more albuterol and symbicort. but this stuff is stronger than the last batch i got and its actually working. shoutout to the night staff at the 24/7 urgent care. its exciting to be able to breathe again. im not quite 100% just yet, but with any luck...

i've been silent for a while, so time for an update! i've been super busy with holiday stuff and other life stuff, and i was also having trouble breathing on top of all that. i got a prescription for 3 different medications that should help, and im already starting to feel better. i hope i can start breathing properly and supplying all of my vital organs with enough oxygen to do all the stuff that i gotta do. life goals

STICKER CONCEPTS

i got a spot in the artist alley at PDFC in january! (doesnt have any merch ready) ok time to get started on making merch! here's some designs for stickers. i want them to be food-themed cuz thats my thing now. i want to focus on stickers bc i think thats what ppl mostly buy at cons. maybe some prints too if anyone is interested. i want to ink and color these on paper so i can recreate that hand-drawn look of the animations. maybe set up an online store so i can sell these outside of cons too...

the public release of episode 3 is finally here! i had to make a vertical version for tiktok so i could release on both platforms at the same time. it took a lot of work to retrofit my other videos for tiktok, but now it's done!

im finally going to a shonen knife concert next week. i've been listening to them since high school, and they've been there through many phases of life, even long after outgrowing all the embarrassingly angsty stuff i used to listen to. in case you couldnt tell, im excited to see them live

OCTOBER UPDATE

its another month, so i might as well update everyone. near the end of october, i am going to be going outside the country for a little bit. nothing huge, but i will be pausing the billing cycle for the next month, so nobody should get charged on the 1st of november. gonna be busy for a couple weeks so i thought i would take a break from patreon work.

hey everybody! still working on the new HLTW. its been taking so long that i thought i would go ahead and record some more dialog for a bonus episode, episode 3.5 if you will. i needed some audio of an entire sports stadium cheering. the original plan was to go to an actual baseball game and record this stuff myself, but the season ended the day i got around to making plans, so i recorded myself chanting 10 different times, slapped some chorus on those bad boys and added a ton of reverb. the ...

HLTW ep3 WIP

the animation is coming along. here's a little sneak peek of how that's going. im getting close to the halfway point for animation. there's also some more background art i have to make, and a lot of fancy compositing tricks i wanna try out, but im trying not to think too much about that atm. just gotta take this one step at a time

CAVEMEN

CHILE ROASTING

its that magical time of year when every supermarket parking lot smells like an act of arson in the town of hatch. bought some green chile from the store and roasted it at home (i do not have a grill, a gas stove, or any kind of open flame to roast them over so i put them under the broiler in my oven dont tell anyone). turned the chile into a salsa that i have been putting on my eggs in the morning, and i made a chile jam that i have been spreading on my toast. i am taking some advice from th...
