Anyway, I want to both apologize and thank all of you in this post. See, it's taking me forever to finish Delvers 3. The struggle is real. I've written the next chapter 3 times now and it's still not right. I think this is actually a combination of a few things, not least of which I've been honing my craft.
Delvers 3 is by far the best book I've written so far, and it requires a /good/ ending.
I'm really working hard to have the next chapter out today and hopefully another tomorrow. I'm really working my ass off this weekend.
But anyway, the positive side of this post is how awesome all of you are. It's not even the $$ that provides motivation. Well...I'll be honest, that provides some guilt to be productive, but more than that, I get a huge charge out of the community.
When you all discuss the chapters here, or give your opinions, or interact with me, it really helps my creative process. So thank you, all of you for being such awesome readers. I feel like the "Delvers Family" really is a thing, and you are the ones building it.
You all are part of why Delvers 3 will be such an excellent book.

It's definitely a struggle. I have been working 12 hours a day for the last few days on writing. This has been a struggle.

2017-09-24 23:27:27 +0000 UTCI believe the third book is hard because you are at an in between point story wise. The characters are between being monster power level wise (rank 4 apparently is the start of that), and they are separated so you have a lot of conjoining writing to put together.
