Laura returns to Love of Magic
Added 2021-03-29 02:59:59 +0000 UTCLaura's been my favorite streamer, since she first started playing Love of Magic over a year ago on the now defunct Gooshi network. She brings a love for the story and the characters (and a gorgeous English accent just perfect for Emily, Sarah and Chloe) to the task. She's also prone to hilarious detours, so listening to her is a real joy.
I'm still talking to her about getting her to do the first pass of VOs; the reason I even thought of trying out VOs was because I wanted to feature her as part of the lineup. Hopefully we'll be able to showcase the first cut of that soon.
To celebrate I put together a little video clip sourced from her original streams (I was lucky enough to grab them from Gooshi before their website went tits up). Then I realized Twitter videos needed to be <2:20 in duration (why? Because Twitter, that's why), and had to re-edit the 3:20 video down to 2:20. Interestingly enough, I think the 2:20 version was superior; tighter and cleaner. (You can check out the original video here, if you're curious).
And with that...I think it's only fitting I use the same deadline to drive Act VII's completion. I'm 'content complete' as off last night... now I just need to fix bugs, typos and polish items. It should be totally doable to finish that by Friday. Hopefully. I think.
