2023-10-25 01:04:39 +0000 UTCif the uncle died i wouldn't even be shocked. after that episode in duty after school when basically all the kids died and in all of us are dead the main dude and the bully died, yhhh anything can happen and in this show penthouse which I defo recommend, anything goes in that kdrama as well

This is such a great k-drama. ❤️❤️ I wish everyone could see this. I wish it can get so much international exposure like squid game.

2023-09-25 18:59:19 +0000 UTCyall brain was not connecting this ep 😂 questioning everything after it was said lol. yall keep me laughing tho. this was always my fav episode after episode 8 (Uncle finding out the truth about Dad not abandoning him) the way this episode ties into both Geu-ru and Uncle in some way is just amazing. Geu-ru and Mathew are both adopted but went through polar opposite situations. Geu-ru was blessed with a family who loved/cared for him so much as if he were biologically their own. we all know Dad wouldn't have loved/cared for Geu-ru any differently even if Geu-ru was biologically related to him. meanwhile, Matthew who’s not being accepted by either his adoptive/or his biological family at all. showcasing that sometimes being blood/biologically related to someone does always mean they are family. then we have Uncle sharing a bit of a connection with Mathew as well. how he let his fear of not wanting to disappoint his brother and holding a grudge for so long instead of just sitting down and allowing his brother a chance to explain what really happened keep him from possibly trying to get back that bit of their relationship before dad passed. we already knew Uncle cared about Geu-ru all this time he just always tried to act like he didn't to keep him from getting attached just like we knew Geu-ru cared about his uncle. To see the concern from Geu-ru that something may be wrong with his uncle (breakfast scene) and the closing scene of his panicking because he is scared he will lose his uncle ...just amazing. this show remains my #1 fav Kdrama still to this day.
