This audio is just to provide direction and instruction of how best to do your daily worship and experience the health and calming benefits that go with it.
Do at least 1 session a day, though several times will reap more effective results.
If you feel dizzy or lightheaded at any point, stop the session and lay down until it stops.

1. Sit on your knees on the floor, back straight, good posture, top of hands resting on your thighs or knees (wherever most comfortable), palms up.
2. Take in 5 deep breathes through the nose, hold for a moment, then exhale slowly through the mouth.
3. On 5th exhale descend into a bow, or "child's pose".
4. Take 5 more deep breathes and on each exhale, say "thank you, Goddess."
5. On the last exhale, come back up into a kneeling position, breathe normally, then proceed with your day.
πBONUS POINTS: If you do this naked. Even more points if you wear a loosely fit collar, and/or wrist cuffs.
