RL and I shot this set back in February. She was staying in St. George and I drove up from Mesquite to meet her and then we went to a spot I know just north of St. George and west of Zion. You can actually see Zion in a few of the photos. I've known her for 3 years now. The first time we shot together she had just started modeling nude, and she told me I was her first art nude shoot. She started modeling late in life (for a model anyway). Most start in their 20's. She started in her late-30's. I absolutely love the way she looks and I've told her she can't stop modeling for a while anyway. In addition to her art nude work (which she does only with a couple of photographers), she does quite a bit of fashion modeling and is an excellent fashion model. Her work in fashion simply blows me away.
RL and I spent the afternoon shooting this series of photos. The weather was good. We trespassed a little but didn't get caught. Is it trespassing when you don't get caught? These were taken on a large cliff overlooking the valley that St. George sits in. A couple were taken right on the cliff edge. RL informed me that I was one of only two photographers she modeled for nude, since I always made her look good. IMHO she does look good. I only capture her beauty with my camera. As with most of my models, we've become friends over the years, and shooting is just like hanging out and catching up with our lives.
I hope you enjoy these. There are a lot more where they came from. Stay tuned for more of this lovely woman. As always, thank you very much for your support. It helps a lot.
