2025-08-09 09:59:31 +0000 UTCThat's Australia, it's more obvious when you watch the much better version (imo of course) on the back of the truck.

2025-08-04 06:36:00 +0000 UTCNo matter who was born where, Malcolm Young, Rest in Peace, was the heart of AC/DC. Both Bon Scott and Brian Johnson were amazing at making this the best band ever. Angus kicks ass in his 70s now. Anytime I wake up hungover I pump up AC and the bad mood goes to YES and the day is saved =)

2025-08-03 12:27:36 +0000 UTCNo one is forcing you to watch it! 🤷

2025-08-03 02:39:05 +0000 UTCSince you said you never saw them live you have to see this VERY early video (probably one of the first, 1976) while playing live in London on the streets with the original singer Bon Scott. Simply mindblowing (and yes, Angus started with the school-uniform then) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9Z39Uqybcw AC/DC is without contestants the best live band ever

2025-08-03 02:30:01 +0000 UTCThis is what a proper rock gig looks like. 🔥🔥🔥

2025-08-03 01:36:48 +0000 UTCSounds like Angus was pissing about with the riff from Who Made Who to come up with this one. I know you love seeing the big crowds but peak AC⚡DC is smaller gigs for me, all gets a bit muddy on these stadium bowls.

2025-08-02 23:56:57 +0000 UTCHow do we recommend music to y'all? I don't seem to be able to add anything to the music playlist on YouTube.

2025-08-02 22:38:20 +0000 UTCI saw them when they were filmed for the BBC series Rock Goes To College, back in (had to look it up) 1978 at Essex University in Colchester. Needless to say, there were a few less people in the crowd that night

2025-08-02 22:16:25 +0000 UTCUnfortunately Malcolm Young founder member, rhythm guitarist and songwriter died in 2017 at age 64, he had suffering dementia for 3 years previous. His brother is the schoolboy uniform-clad lead guitarist Angus. Bon Scott the original lead singer passed in 1980.

2025-08-02 21:55:17 +0000 UTCBrian Johnson (lead singer) is from the North East (uk) proper Geordie why aye man

2025-08-02 21:06:19 +0000 UTCOh dear, what with this and Biffy Clyro earlier, a rare drop in standards from M&J. Fingers crossed it's only temporary.

2025-08-02 21:01:41 +0000 UTCSaw them in 1979 when I was 15. The energy these guys put out when they were younger could have powered the national grid!

2025-08-02 20:18:45 +0000 UTCThe schoolboy uniform is Angus Young's (the guitarist) iconic getup. He used to sit on Bon Scott's shoulders (the original vocalist), who'd then walk around the audience while Angus played a solo, smoke billowing from a satchel on his back. Brian Johnson (current singer) is a great guy, a proper Geordie lad with a penchant for flat caps. Lives in the US now (Florida I think?) and can be found driving round in his 1920s Bentley called 'Thunderguts'. He did a tv series called "Brian Johnson's A Life on the Road" where he meets and discusses experiences with other music legends. Some really cool stories from some of the biggest names in music, definitely worth a watch!

2025-08-02 19:48:05 +0000 UTCI saw this tour in Hampden Glasgow. Those Australian Young brothers playing back in Glasgow the City where they were born 😉 You need to try and see the Intro from that show. The video collage breaking into the steam train bursting onto stage. Those old boys go hard.

2025-08-02 19:47:45 +0000 UTCI saw them in Ireland on the same tour and it was the loudest thing i've ever heard

2025-08-02 19:44:13 +0000 UTCThis was one of the greatest concerts in history. True story: Locals reported earthquakes in the region which were attributed to these 3 nights of concerts. 195,000 people attended over the 3 nights. The stadium needed to be repaired afterwards.
