Since Rwby has a thing about having all of its principle characters being inspired by some sort of story, I think it would be fun for the Polearm to be called Astrape while in polearm form and Brontë in rifle form. This is because those are the words in Ancient Greek for the parts of thunderbolt. This way Cole can be retroactively be inspired by Zeus, god of lightning and sleeping around who used the lightning bolt as his weapon. He can even get the name from Pyrrha since her weapons names come from the same mythology. I imagine it looks kind of like a Gepard Lynx rifle, with the barrel extended in sniper mode, the barrel collapsed for AR mode, and the large butt stock stylized as the blade head of the polearm.
