I doubt it is Blackfyre but Orphan-maker could be in the possession of Laswell Peake, a member of the Golden company. Truth could have been purchased from whoever took it when the Rogares fell. The funniest is described simply as “A great curved Valyrian steel blade with a dragonbone hilt, wielded by Sandoq the Shadow.” I’m imagining something like Bloodhound’s Fang.
