I thought you guys might want a second look at her. I think "Librarian" might be a sort of general term for the castle's in-house keepers and investigators of facts and knowledge (since they've both got some alchemy-related accoutrements in their rooms).
They're still kind of lowly servants though. Mostly, they curate and copy books and maps owned by the royal family, they can assist in inquiries of history, noble genealogy, royal records, act as scriveners or notaries for royal court documents (the Magisterial court has their own scriveners), handle the castle's mail, and generally find, write, and safely store the paperwork for anything going on at the royal court. But if the royal family or their advisors need a sage, or want any real esoteric knowledge or wisdom, they turn to the Council of Magic.
Incidentally, I tried censoring this image, but a carrot didn't seem appropriate... so I used a peach. But it looked too close to her skin tone, so I got rid of it. This shouldn't be a problem for Patreon's censorship rules anyway.
