Guild Master's New Powers in the Reboot

GM’s eyes have been reworked in origin and power. In the reboot, GM’s argument with his grandfather when he was five years old that led to him running away into the Gnarled Woods had a new consequence. He came upon some sort of cave or hiding place that housed the eyeballs of Karnalla’s fourth historical Demon Lord, Zehesiel.

Young GM’s eyes are devoured and replaced by these, just waiting for the day he first gets laid to fully activate. These eyes give him a faint amount of demonic energy, which led to him growing a big dick and having a near endless lust as well as the stamina and output of an incubus. His childhood trauma still existed, but was slightly less bad because he’s always been able to look at women without them hurting.

Zehesiel was an odd Demon Lord who was not strong of his own accord, but he possessed a power over women focused on three principles.

1. Development. Drawing out the latent potential of his lovers.
2. Comfort. Caring for the needs of his lovers.
3. Guidance. Maximizing his lover’s combat through tactical means.

Each ability should fall into one of these three categories.

His powers were used for evil back in the day, with Zehesiel creating an army of loving women which he conquered large swathes of the Realm with by proxy.

The details of Zehesiels powers are not known to historians, and only a few rare texts know the source. To any outside observer, they simply appear as eyes with demonic power.

Rather than awakening later in the story like it used to, IntiMate will appear in vol. 1 just after GM has sex with Sam for the first time. This will be what gets her to mail Zutiria in the reboot, figuring she might be able to know what’s up.

In the old version of the story, GM’s power was known as Taskmaster. To better showcase the new direction and source of its powers, it will be renamed to IntiMate.

None of these ability names are final.

• Viewscreen unlocks at the start, and it’s the same as what he could do in the old story. Camera control, voice projection, or telepathy. Guidance.
• Establish Domain. ‘Registered’ girls get benefits just from staying in his Guild. They heal faster, are more motivated, improve at their work faster, and feel a general sense of ease being in the Guild, like it’s their home. Comfort.
• Deploy. Available after domain. GM can establish an area of two-way teleportation somewhere so long as he is physically present for the creation. The area links to one specific room in the Guild he has to choose. The number is limited to his number of lovers. Can only be used by his lovers and himself. Will allow them to branch out over time and accept quests in farther off locales and establish routes to dungeons for farming. This replaces the return gate of old RotGM, which robbed some scenes of tension and allowed them to carry off way too much loot. Guidance.
• Possibility vision. GM can see afterimages of what they could be doing better and it highlights their mistakes during training. Has limited combat uses as there are far too many variables, and trying to see all of the different paths for multiple girls at once is a huge stress on the eyes. Guidance.
• Wardrobe. GM can see the details of what his girls are wearing and swap them out with anything that is stored in his Guild, no matter their distance. This extends to outfits and even adding accessories like sex toys. Comfort.
• Inspiring voice. GM can motivate girls who are already his by professing his love, sweet nothings, etc. Can be used to inspire them or convince, but only of something they would have agreed to anyway. Comfort.
• Desire Activation. The ultimate power of Zehesiel, the ability to tap into someone’s desires and power them up to achieve them. At a low skill level, this would be a transfer of demonic energy that comes off as blunt power and makes the wielder frenzied after something they want. Infusing Meri with desire would make her crazed to protect her allies and improve her defenses. Once this transfer is more refined, it will allow the user to create an idealized transformation of themselves based on their deepest personal desires. Sam would gain a form where she is in total control of her anger, Zutiria would be in total control of her darkness, Meri would become a true hero free of doubt, and so on (obligatory Peri joke form where she summons a horde of imaginary offspring). This gives room for more alternate forms and variations in the future based on other desires they have. Development.
• Highlight. GM’s eyes can create visible markers only he and his girls can see. These are useful for issuing movement commands, highlighting enemy weak points or other targets, or showcasing the projected area of attack. Like if he knows an opponent is about to use a straight firing Art, he can create an indication of the danger zone for them to avoid. As long as he sees the area, he can make one. His viewscreen counts, but he can’t make a marker in another room just based on his memory. Guidance.
• Massage power. GM’s hands fill with sexual energy that feels amazing and makes training more effective if done afterward. His vision highlights areas in need of dire attention. Does not heal, only strengthens. Comfort.
• Resource Allocation. GM can transfer stamina and mana between two of his girls if they are in close distance from one another. Also allows him to give his own stamina to girls nearby, enabling them to continue training at his expense. Guidance.
• Tactical Time. At the cost of tremendous eyestrain, GM can pause time for a few seconds to issue commands to the girls during combat. Sort of like an RPG. Guidance.
• Manifest Fetish. Can create tools out of sexual energy that will correspond to the target’s desire. ‘Tool’ has a wide definition as it could be anything from a vibrator to an installation like a ceiling bondage system. The more he uses it, the more he can manifest at once. Comfort.

Beyond his own skill-tree, his women will have one of them for him to develop as well. These are personalized and focus on improving the girls, but they don’t go as far as fixing internalized/external problems that the girls have. Zutiria doesn’t have a perk that will cure her nightmares, for example, but she does have one that makes her incantation less casting slightly more powerful.

His employees will get skill trees as well, an example being the maids would getting bonuses to their efficiency, their meals having added effects, and them becoming more powerful when it comes to protecting their home and master (would be funny if Peri had a sub-tree solely dedicated to turning her into a super breeder that she constantly asks him to invest points in).

The way that GM unlocks skill points for himself and his women is by unlocking new milestones for the girls. First sex? 1 point. First ‘I love you’? 1 point. Getting married? 1 point. Everything is 1. Could be a point of comedy like marriage should be worth way more than 1.

Some women cannot be added to his IntiMate system because of their strength of will or level of self-realization. Opalina and Nikita, even if he sleeps with them, would not be added initially as neither would be subordinate to him, which is important. A key distinction is Snow, who while very strong willed is distinctly satisfied with her position as GM’s number 2 in the workplace and still respects him as being in charge.
