loads of new stuff in this release! ( like there ought to be, after such a wait.. ) so much I cant even remember what was in the first release.. but, we've got a few new tentacle scenes, the first secret/unlockable ending, sex in armor + separated pieces, new sounds, music, a gallery mode, new costumes and the UI got a bit more sensible too :)
