FYC champ & skin PRE-votes

only thing is now that I've stopped playing, I've got absolutely no idea who you'd all want ... so allow me to introduce the PRE-VOTES
comment below with a list of everything you want to be on the poll, and I'll put the full thing up next week (name skins too please, or-else I'll just assume it'll be vanilla)
if something you want isnt commented here, it WILL NOT be on the vote. (yes, even if you've mailed me)
Note: Didnt think I'd actually have to mention this here.. but FYC is still a league of legends game. so I've got to cull anything thats too far off-theme.
