2024-04-02 23:29:20 +0000 UTCshe said in her announcement of the album that it wasn't a country album - it was a "beyoncé" album! and i think that really shines through. it's not just country because country is not just one genre - the history of blues, funk, r&b and rock are all closely intertwined with country so I love that she incorporated a wide range of genres
