“So Far Away” was a perfect song to prepare us for a massive month of April! We’ll be diving head first into Suga/Agust D’s music in the hopes of preparing ourselves for the big night on April 26, 2023 at 8pm 🥳
The one word that we would use to describe this song: HEALING.

The beautiful vocals along with the combination of both So Far Away and First Love musically is just so well done and emotionally powerful. In a way it feels like I'm listening in on a deep conversation between the members. Yoongi talking about his emotions while the vocal line pleads him not to "fall away". Both songs are truly great though.

2023-04-01 19:23:34 +0000 UTCIn case you didn't know, the 'first love' is a reference to Suga's song that is literally called 'first love'. That's a very personal song too, where he mentioned that his first love is a brown piano in his childhood home, it was the start of his dreams, and he wrote and dedicated the whole song to it. He cried while recording first love, that was how raw the song was to him. If you listen closely, you'll realize that the instrumentals are a little different for the 2nd version of So Far Away with Jungkook and Jin. It's because the instrumentals for first love was mixed in it as well. If you haven't heard first love, I really hope you do a reaction to it sometime soon :) As always, I enjoyed the reaction!
