Coming into old videos and leaving comments is the new journaling. Since it is Jimtober and I cannot wait for new content, I am going through the Jimin tag today because I need some nourishment 💜. What a perfect and beautiful way to describe Jimin's presence and what he means to BTS, nourishing... I loved this reaction, thank you. At a time when we were all navigating the fear Chapter 2 brought, this live felt like a warm embrace, and watching it today that Hobi is away feels so emotional. I love Jimin and J-hope's energy when they get together, and Jimin's praise feels so genuine here; I feel like they exude love and understanding when they are together. I loved what Jimin said about lingering feelings; a good performance always leaves you feeling like that, in awe, happy, sad that it's over. So proud of Hobi, and Jimin was right: 15 million people watched live on Weverse. I hope someone told him after. So proud of them.

When you said "idk I if this is better than the concert" I laughed because that's a feeling I get a lot of the time and I think why so many people love them. They're amazing performers but when they allow themselves to be vulnerable to us and feel safe enough to do so, it's a beautiful feeling. It humanizes them. And a lot of artists would not share this much information with fans in general and I understand why when people can twist your words and misunderstand you. Because of that, I never take their vulnerability for granted and I think many ARMY feel the same and that's why we're so protective of them. Their vlives tend to be more intimate and informative in this way. Especially ones after performances and awards shows. If you want intimate inside scoops on behind the scenes info more than likely you’ll get that information from the member’s vlives. Jimin and jhope have such a special bond. They’ve been roommates for so long they are two peas in a pod honestly. Namjoon always says that the other members come second to Jimin after hobi 😂 they’ve always had this very supportive bond the two. Hobi always takes care of the members and Jimin always makes sure to take care of jhope.

It's always makes me so happy and Jimin is always there for all of the members but the fact that Jimin and J hope are old roomates makes the interactions even more special. There is many BTS song with great break downs but Dis-ease and Best of me comes to my mind. But I think there is more. Both song I said have totally different vibe though. It's crazy because there were either haters or solo stans who were questioning why Jimin was going to Chicago when Jhope is there and were saying that Jimin was trying to steal the spotlight away from Jhope.. but they must not know bts and how much they mean to each other. They way Jhope came on live and was saying how he was SOO grateful that Jimin was there to support him.. the way Jimin kept telling him he did great and showering him with compliments. Jhope saying that his mood and energy COMPLETELY shifted.. Jimin saying he (JH) must've felt lonely so he stood there by his side. Honestly the moment they went on live was the moment they shushed all of those who had negative things to say about them. I love how BTS constantly show that no matter what, they have each other.

Actually this isn't the first time Jimins flying to support another member. In 2019 Jimin traveled all the way from Paris to Korea JUST to surprise Jungkook for his birthday and spend time with him (while he also had a flight the next day to Hawaii). But the fact that he made time to stop by and be there for Jk.. Just shows that he really cares for those he loves and is the most selfless person ever.

I am so happy to see that you react to this vlive, because i really think that, to know BTS, REALLY now them, you can't just listen the music and that's all, their music is just the tip of the iceberg, what is down the surface is SOOOOO BIG, and you can see it just in this kind of things: vlives, runs, in the soop, bangtan bombs, and similar. That's when they are just themselves. By the way, i need to say that, Jimin... he is the heart of this family, he always brings with him the happines, the tranquility, the love, and so many good things, for the other members. If you like breakdowns, I think you would love RM's Reflection....the song actually is more breakdown than rapping because as the song title denotes, it gives you time to reflect during the song breakdown. And "Dis-ease" which is mainly produced by Jhope, there's also an amazing breakdown/bridge in that song that I believe both of you will love as well. And if you like atmospheric sounding songs with heavy use of bass, mind-blowing high notes and deep voice emotional rapping...then "Louder than bombs" is perfect.

I absolutely love the VLives. All of them 💜 It made me very sad that Hobi was insecure all the time and physically and mentally stressed. His performance was so incredible. We all are so proud of him 💜 I´m so glad for him that our Angel Jimin was there to give him strength and support him. I can´t understand why it was said that Jimins presence would distract from Hobi and that he shouldn´t have come. These are exactly the persons who should watch this VLive. All members have an extremely strong connection to each other. Depending on who is with whom, there are always unique and beautiful bondings. 💜

and jimin was actually going to be in America anyways because he had stuff for his solo work in LA at the same time. so he made a stop by Chicago right before. but none the less it was very sweet for him to stop by and give support to hobi. and while it would be sooo amazing if every member were to do a solo performance like this, I wouldn't get your hopes up.. we'll of course get individual performances from each, but maybe not up to this scale for everyone sadlyyy. while RM is the leader, j-hope is the performance leader for bts for a reason.. he is a perfectionist when it comes to it, and he will practice until he knows that he's ready to kill it.. he's also said that even when writing his songs he takes into account how the performance would be while writing. he's also said before in an interview that maybe later in life he would like to be a performance director. so proud of him for pulling off an amazing stage. he really set the bar high.

I feel like BTS is a BIG little community of people who just want to love and be peaceful people and that’s why it’s literally BTS ,their company and Army that’s our circle. After almost every award ceremony they immediately connect with Army…not go out partying…they go straight to Army. Hope really puts his "heart and soul" into his music and I think that is why the outcome was so important to him. He is not only promoting the name Jhope as an artist but also the reputation of BTS. That's a lot of pressure. Jimin was that 'Home' he needed. Hmmm songs with breakdowns...'Dis-ease' definitely. Songs that have a continuous breakdown vibe the entire song (and my personal favorites) 'Love Maze', 'Outro: Does That Make Sense?' & 'Trivia: Love'. Army I'm sure has more, the song catalog is massive.

The Vlives after concerts are always a highlight. At PTD LA the shuttle buses after the concert got blocked so a ton of people were just stuck waiting but when the went live it breathed life to everyone. Of course with so many people it was hard to get service but people that got thru were holding up to share with everyone. One of those moments that bring you together

Hobi was born to perform. His stage presence is insane at concerts, there was times at the Vegas concert where i caught myself just staring at him. Don’t get me wrong though, I think all of them are at their best while performing. It doesn’t matter if they’re not considered the dancers of the group, they all give it their all and kill it.

BTS have a genuine bond and each one has a special and unique way of providing support to each other. As everyone mentioned, Hobi and Jimin were roommates the longest so one can only imagine how much they have confided and supported each other. Actually there are clips & vlives where each of them described how important ea one is (and the other members) to them. The BTS's brotherhood is strong and unbeatable. When I see people that I know will love these guys I just love to share them. I loved this VLive and the Hobipalooza reaction! ARMY is truly the most spoiled fandom. This is normal for us. After performances we know they are going to come on VLive and talk to us. I really respect them sooo much for that, not only do they give us so much raw honesty through their lyrics but they make themselves even more vunerable by allowing us to experience it with their eyes. The beat is amazing I think you guys will really like it :) that whole album is a masterpiece and the song ‘lie’ by Jimin that J hope mentions in this live is a part of it. One more thing! Outro tear is a lot different from Outro Ego. Ego is a Latin music influenced psychological song talking about the subconscious mind in the ‘Map of the Soul’ album, and Tear is a heavy heartfelt break up song made by the members to themselves in 2018 after almost disbanding. Its apart of the ‘Love yourself series’. I can’t wait until you get to it💜

I think the members often have separate activities but in what I have seen they try to support each other by going to the others mv shoots (a lot of them went to support RM and V actually went to see J Hope when he was doing the More MV) and J hope sent a coffee truck for Suga’s MV. They seem to have a lot of different activities but it is nice to see them take the time to support each other. I am sure the other members sent encouragement but I think they weren’t all there so it wouldn’t take away from J hope branching out on his own. Then the attention would have been on them as a group rather than J hope as an individual.

There is one word that I have for Jimin is serenity. Throughout any and all projects Jimin is the serenity of the group. His presence brings comfort and peace to the members and for ARMYS as well. Whenever I need a moment of peace I will listen to Jimin’s solo songs for that peace and calmness. I cried after watching J-Hope’s performance at Lollapalooza. Their music and performance are legendary, but it's the livestreams showing us their innermost thoughts that make us loyal, dedicated fans for life. They don't hide much from us and we feel we know them as people as well as artists....almost like friends after watching hundreds of these livestreams. We hurt when they hurt and rejoice when they soar. It sounded like J-Hope was in a very dark place of self-doubt before Jimin arrived. I can't imagine after sharing the stage with 6 others for almost 10 years that it can be easy to hold the ropes all alone for the first time. J-Hope killed it. I hope that seeing the support ARMY gave him as a solo artist gives the other members the confidence to do their own thing. We will show up!!

This VLIVE is so endearing and powerful for many reasons. It's true that j-hope, whether he is performing alone or with his members, always carries an almost intense level of confidence and stage presence while performing. It's because of his attention to detail beforehand and his eagerness to give a near perfect show that he can pull it off. Then we get to see lives, RUN episodes, or behind the scene episodes that show his goofiness, devotion, and his love for his group and for performing. So, it wasn't surprising to hear that he had put as much thought into his setlist or choreography, or that he practiced for as long as he did, but it never ceases to inspire me and raise my respect for him (and BTS as a group). It was really brave of him to be the first of his group to release an offical solo album, go on interviews to promote it, and to be the first member and South Korean to headline a major music festival. Jimin really is a special soul, him showing up meant the world to Hobi. Going back to look at the fancams where you see Hobi pointing at him while singing "where is my safezone" or while doing Hangsang was emotional because it was clear that Jimin was his rock that night. The two were the longest to stay as roommates from the group, and have been group members together for a decade, so I cannot imagine just the level of relief that Hope felt to get that in-person support from Jimin. The bonds between the members will continue to stick out to you as authentic as you watch more content, but I'm glad you two were able to watch this after the legendary performance from j-hope! One thing I admire from Jimin is his caring personality. He is so genuine that sometimes it's hard to believe that he exist, but he does, he is a real life angel. I loved your reaction to Hobipollooza. I was sooo happy that Jimin came to support Hobi. BTS are family 💜 Their vlives over the years have helped us get to know the wonderful human beings off the stage. It is so precious how often they still go live to chat with us. A song with a breakdown like Ego... I'm not sure the song is pretty unique. And most OT7 tracks sound completely different to each other so it is hard to pin down a sound 😂 My advice is to take things album by album. If you want to listen to Dynamite/Butter/PTD go ahead, those are standalone English singles. And about the other members solo albums, they will all shine in their own way. If they want massive stages like Lolla or smaller performances at home or abroad I am excited, because it's them.

I could be proven wrong but I really don't think we'll see anything like Hobipalooza from the other members. They will most definitely do live performances. But hour-long sets to a crowd of 100k (a huge chunk of them non-ARMYs)? I don't think it'll happen. Everyone in BTS is a great performer and comfortable on stage but j-hope is kind of the stage guy. Like ARMYs have said for years that seeing j-hope live is a wild experience and it's fandom canon that everyone leaves a BTS concert a little Hobi-biased. And even when he performs with the others, he commands the stage. Imagine the kind of stage presence you gotta have to stand out in a group THAT stacked?? And he doesn't just perform, he MCs. Like even though he's the Dance Leader and one of the best (the best imo) dancer in the k-Industry, his solo songs never feature elaborate choreographies because he likes to engage with the crowd. He even considers the live performance when he writes, crafting verses and songs that the audience naturally wants to participate in. The stage is where he feels most at home and we don't call him The Performer of Our Generation for nothing. I just don't see another member starting out with something of this scale. I think people underestimate how much confidence and energy something like this takes for someone who has never done it before (really for anyone, even with experience). I am really excited to see what they do do though. I imagine there will be such a wide range of activities and some new and interesting things we haven't seen anyone do before. Even outside of music we're already having new things--Tae with his trip to Paris fashion week and his Korean Vogue shoot, RM doing audio curating for a museum exhibit in LA and an appearance at Art Basil, Jin and his Maple Story internship...They all have their own flavor and interests and I can't wait to see what they show us! I'd love to see Jimin do some kind of special dance performance video or recital or JK to make his own short film to showcase his music...So many possibilities! Also, Jimin and Hobi are my favorite duo in the group (I say that, but they all have great dynamics). JiHope just don't have any boundaries. And they're both very affectionate and are natural caretakers. People always call Hobi "Jimin's Jimin." So you can imagine it's a very reciprocal supportive pair and they also are so playful and giggly and they are literally always laughing. We call them the "Sunshine Ship/Duo." So the fact that Jimin flew all the way over here to support Hobi and that Hobi was so so grateful, was just so heartwarming! I'm so grateful they have each other!

BTS also met drake at the billboard awards. there is a scene from it in rise of bangtan i think. if not they have a seperate video behind the scene of that night. RM was totally fangirling over Drake and V when he met John legend it's so amazing to see how humble they are.

J-hope is known to have an unmatched stage presence. There is many sayings in the fandom. One of them is that when you go to a BTS concert you will come back J-Hope biased. RAN HERE TO COMMENT JUST TO SAY I WAS AT HOBIPALOOZA!!! I needed to brag sorry. Flew from Toronto and most of my flight was armys going to the show, same with my other friend that flew in from New York. When I tell you 90% of the 100k audience was ARMY i am not kidding!! Right before his performance the mayor of chicago introduced him! Since i had been listening to hope world since its release and it being one of my favourite bts solo projects, it was an absolute unreal experience live and the crowd was insane!! And in regards to the crowd cheering when becky g asked for la gente latina to make some noise...honestly most bts fans seem to be bipoc, im latina and i was surrounded by latinas at the show so the cheer was kinda accurate 😂 half the sound yall heard might have been just me lmfao. thanks for the reaction guys! i had so much fun reliving the show with you two :)

it might happen that Rm would perform in dec because his album is next and will drop later this year so i hope you are right. When j-hope said i like "lie" the most, and was singing Jimin's solo song for a sec. jimin quickly started talking about something else because he is shy talking about himself and he wanted this to be a talk about j-hope not him. and it´s also the reason why he wants to perform in the north pole because there would be no audience. he gets shy when he performs alone but when he is part of BTS dance he steals the attention he has an amazing stage presence and j-hope is the second best at my opinion so i truly hope Jimin will perform live. he might do online recording live at least.

Watching Hobipalooza with y'all was so much fun! I hope you do more concerts in the future. I will throw Sowoozoo into the running, it was an online concert but they went all out and it's incredible. They performed Chicken Noodle Soup as ot7 and Daechwita as ot7 on different days. Of course the Love Yourself concerts are all top tier and the on:e concert (also online) was for map of the soul which had it's world tour cancelled :( I really hope you listen to Piece of Peace again! Did you know that it was the first time he performed these songs? Not just Jack in the box but the songs from Hope World too. It was a dream come true for me to see live performance of Hope world.
