just a fantastic reaction love it

LOL when Lucy Liu looks straight into the camera. Hella and Chi look like they are star-struck.

Keep being good people, and never let films make you comfortable with violence. Violence has it's place in a drama, but that should not be the basis of a story. What I like about your team the most is your honesty, and you just say what comes naturally. Don't ever let your curiosity and idealism slip away.

Travis Castillo

It seems only a few movies out of the total per month are released early to that tier; at least it seemed that way the other month when I noticed the early-posting nature of that tier and subsequently upgraded.

It's on Patreon, but the $15.00 tier. Do they always post earlier on that tier?

I’ve never watched a reaction twice before, but this one was so good I had to 🤣

"I've seen a lot of killing but THIS is really outside the box!" Hella, 2024

You should watch the short 'Making of' video about the making of this movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wpgqiwy1ndQ ..and the behind-the-scenes of shooting that long complex shot in the Japanese restaurant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkvovwF9E4I

i agree with your detective work. 👍🏼

YoureMrLebowski

I'm guessing they watched them in order, and I think the intro talking about part two is meant more for Youtube audience. So once Part 1 shows up on youtube, I bet we'll see Part 2 here. Looking forward to it!

I just rewatched the ladies' intro for the film, and I'm puzzled by Chi's statement advising that Kill Bill part 2 is already posted to the Patreon channel. Does that mean Part Two was watched first?

O-Ren's apology was for having insulted The Bride a few moments earlier after O-Ren had struck her across the back. The apology was forthcoming because of The Bride's countering strike to her leg. That was the apology which was accepted, and not for anything else... so the conflict continued.

What Hattori Hanzo swore by an oath 28 years before to never do again, was to make something which kills... by which he was referring to a sword... this final and greatest sword of his life's craft... forged for The Bride with which she could... Kill Bill. But yes, Bill being his former student, likely his greatest student (who Hanzo also likely forged an earlier "greatest" blade for) that turned what he had been taught to nothing but death... he made this final blade for her hand out of the very obligation she spoke of. In the Kill Bill film universe, the Hattori Hanzo katana is the highest and most puissant of swords in existence, able to be used to accomplish the impossible.

Awesome reaction ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The shot where the Bride splits a baseball in two with a samurai sword was done for real on the set. It was done by Zoë Bell, Uma Thurman's stunt double. The Bride's yellow outfit was inspired by the outfit worn by Bruce Lee in his final film, Game of Death (1978). Despite being bleeped out in the film, the name of The Bride is revealed on her plane tickets to Okinawa and Tokyo. The black-and-white photography in the Crazy 88 fight scene is known as a homage to '70s and '80s U.S. television airings of kung fu movies. Black and white (as well as black and red) was used to conceal the shedding of blood from television censors. Originally, no black-and-white photographic effects were going to be used (and in the Japanese version, none are), but the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) demanded measures be taken to tone the scene down. Tarantino used the old trick for its intended purpose as well as an homage.
