I got busy. The Frankie animation is turning out to be harder than I thought. Something I'm doing is scrapping the two-view comic page thing? I feel like it's a much better idea to have them be the same aspect ratio so they could be linked together in an, uh, animation? Have it be two shots in the same video? I don't know what I was thinking. The problem is, the composition is so shite now, it's hard fitting the other view into the first view's document size. If that makes sense. I really, really don't want to redo the keyframe. Still, this is a good lesson to learn. I don't really think about document size when I start one of these things, so that's why they're wildly inconsistent. I need to start thinking about that.

Speaking of "not knowing what I was thinking," I made this, unfortunately. I got swamped with other stuff, and I managed to make this one in the margins of that time. Pretty quickly, too. I would explain my thought process behind it, but I don't think there was much thought. I started with Nicole Watterson, from that Gumball show, because she was super simple, people really like her, and I haven't done any furry art lately, but I didn't really know who was going to be banging her. Like, I had her entirely animated before drawing, uh, Garfield. Initially, it was just going to be a grey guy? Like, a grey anonymous guy you sometimes see in smut. But then it was just... like... a ghostly voice told me... Garfield... So I did. I think there's something nice about knowing I can draw and animate Garfield. It makes me feel... I dunno, strong? Dangerous? But, I know for a fact that Nicole is very, very popular. I know that because when I looked up reference for her on Google Images, most of it was lewd garbage, not official pictures of her.

In the one time my neurons actually fired during the making of this, I actually made Garfield entirely separate from Nicole. So like, I could easily, easily add in someone else to make this a real animation, if there was a general desire for something like that. You know, if you have a hard time bussing a nut while Garfield is making eye-contact with you. (I mean, I wouldn't have that issue, but not everyone is based like I am.)

See? I would just have to redraw her tail, too. But again, super simple. If y'all want to see someone else, just lemme know. I haven't watched that Gumball show, so I wouldn't know what character to do, but it looks pretty funny. I think This Clip in particular is super clever. Maybe I'll check it out at some point, but I'm currently on a depressing-Japanese-military-science-fiction bender.

So uh, yeah. That's that. This isn't like, an April Fool's joke, even though it might seem like it. The only April Fool here is me. Because it's my birthday, and also this animation makes me look like a dumbass. But! I did do four animations last month. Yeah it's the first, but this one's been done for a few days now, I just hadn't rendered or posted it. So, my super awesome plan of doing short animations as a safety net will work. I'm a genius. But, again. I don't want to be exclusively doing these. They've been fun, but they're too niche. I'll be doing real ones again. I mean, the ones up to my usual standard. These will just work as a flawless "Oh no, I'm getting busy and running out of time this week" thing. That way I can always be posting.
