Originally, the $15 tier was available for subscription every month, but due to an increase in the number of requests, the rules have been continuously improved. Currently, the $15 tier opens on a bi-monthly basis, and a request post is uploaded at the beginning of the month it opens. In that post, around 30 to 40 people are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the spots are filled, the $15 tier is locked again.
