New banner! and Redraw membership image!

I took the opportunity to slightly change the images and
drew request examples of different drawing styles.
Also, since the membership-related image files keep getting corrupted,
I took the time to redraw them from scratch.
and other things too
I'm also preparing a post related to requests,
but it's taking quite a while... I'm really sorry for the delay.
