Ah, that is because I've been handwaving it and never actually determined her exact mana regen rate or the exact cost of the skills haha. Might have been better to use the focus issue than the mana regen issue as a bottleneck, unless I want to go back and figure out exact numbers haha.

2023-01-19 02:44:24 +0000 UTCHm, I'd say it does in fact strengthen the affinity in question, though stronger affinity levels would take increasingly more cores (or stronger cores) to reach. Dungeon affinities also don't directly strengthen the dungeon (as far as I've decided at this point lol), however, rather they open up additional options, so she would still have to spend perk points to access said options in truly meaningful ways (ex, to get stronger monster summoning options, or to upgrade a trap/implant related to a given affinity).
