One of the problems she has is that she goes into a state of mindless confusion (as if time stopped for her) when she feels comfortable somewhere, as if she became a doll, as if her mind returned to some place and time where she was happy and quiet This is how Alexandra seeks help from a psychiatrist to help her resolve her situation, while he determines to resolve her situation by helping her to be what makes her happy little by little.
