Update #117: Next Exclusive Release Power Girl

Everything done from scratch. Her hair is the most annoying but I think it looks fine. I'm happy with her cape too X3. I'm not done with her but I'm planning on doing one more outfit for the release. I'll be reading your comments on what you think.
