#7 - the blue room (original)

All the way back from Jan. 2016.

This was the first ever project that I posted onto my original Tumblr. The very first. But it definitely wasn't the first project that I ever worked on, hence the numbering. It took a bit of courage and feeling like what I made wasn't complete utter crap before I decided to share it with the world.

One of the things I noticed right away are those pubes. It's interesting; I started out my creative journey using pubes on my males, then went for years without using them, and then I just started using them again on my non-furry guys. I think me using pubes in the first place was a way to try and differentiate myself from all of the other straight artists and the one or two other gay ones at that time with their males. Pretty sure I was among the first to use them too, if not the first.

I still think it's a fairly unique customization choice too within the WoW smut community. I think I stopped using them for all of those years because I actually wanted my males to look more like Rexx's, who of course never had pubes on any of his guys. But eventually I realized that guys (including WoW guys) look kinda off without any pubes, so I added them back to my characters. And here we are today.

There are a few variations of this project that I posted on Tumblr, but I'm pretty sure the original post only contained the versions where the goat has a Horde tattoo on his sides. It was a big hit, in part due to reblogs and name drops from very notable people within the straight side of the smut community (the legendary Rexx himself, Valnoressa, etc.). They really helped give me a giant boost right out of the gate and I'm still grateful for that.

I don't have much else to say about the actual project since it's so old. I will note that someone asked me to create more renders of this project (or in the remake of it) with the smoking human, but I never really got around to doing that. Clearly someone appreciates a hot smoking man like I do. Can you think of any other gay WoW smut artist with a hot smoking human for their avatar? 🤔

And yeah, of course there is a remake of this project. I'll talk more about that one once we get there. Unfortunately, no I didn't keep any of the original project files for this one. 

So what's the story and setting for this project? Well, I've always been one to let you the viewer create your own story based on what I show in the picture, and this ancient project is no different. Some people can read this scene as being non-con, and some think it's just kinky fun. I'll continue to let you decide what's really going on here. The name of the project is about as generic as it gets, so don't read too much into that.
