Prison Visits and the future of Zap

Those who are on the Discord or remember the last poll will be aware that in between new sub-events and location for the hanging events, I´m currently working on an extension to the prison alternative Base mod. A quick and uncomplicated daily event which allows for some sexy time with the guards. And while I originally estimated that this would only take a day or two, A few things became apparent during the process.
The first and most important one was that adding this new daily event would require additional dependencies to Zap, and since removing the zap dependency altogether is a mid-term goal, this is a problem.
Another less immediate development is, that I´ve become increasingly unsatisfied with Loverslab. I´m not planing on removing any files from there, don't worry.
But I´m seriously thinking about moving over to the Nexus and focus my attention there. Nexus is superior in technical terms, and the social aspect, which has long been Loverslabs only advantage, has degraded too much to keep it relevant.
Not entirely sure if that's a hard rule, but having off-site requirements like zap is probably a bit of a nono when uploading there. Therefore removing the Zap dependency is even more Important. (SL will become a soft dependency for events which involve scenes)
So, what does all of this mean for now?
It means that the next update for PA will not only contain a new Event, but it will also be completely free of external hard dependencies. Compared to deadly furnitures, there isn't too much zap stuff which needs to be replicated, but it will still take a few days.
Nonetheless, I´m still relatively confident that I can deliver this weekend.
