I won't spoil incase you haven't watched the other show but, the actress who played Precious, I've only ever seen her in one other thing... another show where the main character breaks up with her on her birthday. ... Then they get back together years later, and he breaks up with her again... on her birthday. So this is the woman who gets left on her birthday...

lol, cults can actually manipulate everyone, not just Ross, though he can be both naive and over-the-top passionate... everyone is susceptible to them, but not everyone at every time in their life. Usually, it works best for them to gain new members among vulnerable people going through a crisis.
I just watched another reaction of a biologist, commenting on a vid made by creationists trying to disprove evolution.
My nightmare version of Friends would be
Phoebe and Rachel joining creationists. The episode where Phoebe and Ross argue about evolution, but brought to scary levels.

Personally I dont think they should be letting Ross basically decide if they could date or not. Like they said they havent been a couple for six years and this youre Ross and Rachel thing is so annoying. Like they dated for a season or two way back when. I dont get why they were so centered on them for zero reason. For me it was always Monica and Chandler. The better more intersting couple. Ross and Rachel had nothing on them. They didnt have a love for me that was so meant to be like they tried to make it. But whatevers clever. Still love the damn show. Haha.

Sorry in advance for my long ass comment 😂 Btw, loving the new setup!
I may not be a fan of the Rachel and Joey pairing but we got unhinged drunk "I'M FINE" Ross out of it 🤣 Btw, he says "I'm fine" 9 times. I definitely use that gif/meme of him saying it the first time a lot! That being said, I also love the sweet, honest moment with Ross and Joey at the end. More than anything he just wants them both to be happy. Also, he and Charlie were making out like 5 minutes after she broke up with Joey so maybe he's even more understanding because of that 😆
Anyway, I'm sorry but Chandler telling Owen he's adopted is 100% on his parents. Since Owen was home they should have told them straight away or at least before Chandler went to the bathroom. So stupid 🤦🏼♀️
And I love Mike but not a fan of him going to Barbados and proposing to Phoebe while in a relationship with someone else and then planning to break up with that woman ON HER BIRTHDAY.
Fun fact: Some versions of E2 feature some additional/longer scenes, like Chandler telling Owen that he said he was a doctor rather than adopted and Monica defending Chandler saying they should have told him since he was 12 but find out he's in fact 8, which Monica remarks how tall he is and asks what country they got him from. Phoebe also makes the same mistake of his age and Monica then thinks he's from Russia. During the double date Joey reveals that he sold his boat two years ago as Ross says they should take a trip on Joey's "amazing" boat. And after Rachel leaves and it's just him and Joey, Ross comes out with tater tots without oven mitts again. See here: https://youtu.be/u_VI_uSS8jU?si=pPhQmsb8jrEdPRaJ
Something I find funny is that recently I watched a two part episode of a TV series called Highway to Heaven starring Michael Landon (who is also known for Little House on the Prairie and Bonanza) where a 18 year old and relatively unknown Matthew Perry guest starred as a character who finds out he's adopted. You can even watch it in full on YouTube. Part 1: https://youtu.be/nv_hER46PVI?si=U0pLEcNe01YmXAwM. Part 2: https://youtu.be/noIx5AYQo4A?si=1JImOCm82FzSK4ir. Something not so funny is that Matthew, Michael Landon AND Victor French (the other main actor on the show, he was also in the other two shows) all died at 54.
Daryl Sabara who plays Owen was also in the Spy Kids movies and had a recurring role in Wizards of Waverly Place with Selena Gomez on Disney. He's married to singer/songwriter Meghan Trainor who is most known for her song All About That Bass.
Anne Dudek who plays Precious is most known for White Chicks, House, Mad Men, Big Love and Covert Affairs.
E2 is the first appearance of Frank Jr. since 5x03 (120 episodes ago), so it has indeed been a LONG time since we saw him.
Goofs/continuity errors: Ross wouldn't have been able to hold the pan straight from the oven/stove for as long as he did. He also would have suffered severe burn damage, regardless of his level of intoxication, and he would have had to go to the hospital.
E2 starts where E1 ends but with some differences. At the end of E1, Rachel is the first to break the silence saying "I'm so sorry". At the start of E2, Joey is the one to break the silence.
Chandler, Monica and Phoebe shouldn't have been able to listen to either room because there was a hallway in between.

Bad continuity: When Chandler, Monica and Phoebe were listening to Ross and Charlie on the right wall, Ross came in the door from the hallway on the same side. They couldn’t have been listening to Ross and Charlie, the hallway was on the other side of the wall

**In Janice’s voice** OH MY GOD!!! I can’t believe there are only 15 episodes left 😢
We have seen Ross drunk before when he and Rachel were in Las Vegas and Ross drew on Rachel’s face and they got married, but David was incredible in this episode. I’d be curious to see how many times the actors broke character and started laughing at their double date.

Phoebe is right ... Mike proposed without breaking up first with someone he's been seeing for 3 months ... Kinda unfair to both women. Also, he considered standing her up at the restaurant...? And breaking up over the phone ... ? David suddenly looks much better.
Ross decides completely sober to invite Joey and Rachel who just started dating and Charlie who just started dating him, to a double date... hours after Joey and Charlie broke up. It's fun to watch but ... why?
Rachel is cool towards Charlie but to be fair, before this episode she was nothing but mean and passive aggressive around her. Can't blame Charlie for not liking her.
Chandler wants to watch the DVD of Miss Congeniality, not roleplay 😉
i think it's again the joke that Monica doesnt like the "feminine" stuff that Chandler likes, but that's ironic....since it's a movie about getting over judgemental approach towards "girly girls" and shedding internalized misogyny. Not a bad movie.❤️ tho I prefer Legally Blonde
😂😂😂 when Rachel says "6th grade", Joey smiles so proudly

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" (screechy) - best moment of the show. This episode got David his Emmy nomination. Should have also earned him the Emmy.

If you decide to watch "How I Met Your Mother" remember Precious, you'll see her again in similar circumstances.

This is one of Ross's best freak outs, but I have to know which did you love more? "MY SANDWICH?!?" "GET OFF MY SISTER!!!" or "IM FINE!!"....

The second episode always makes me cry. I know it’s funny, but every time he says that he’s “fine” I tear up because I know how not fine he is. I know it’s ridiculous, but it’s just so sad to me after all they’ve been through.
