Aaaa it is too much work!! Thankfully a friend is helping me with the pixel art
Here what we were doing recently:
Jumping, walking, 2 eating animations and 1 digest animation for the playable character Polyand(the robot). All at half completion
Tileset for the city hub world is ready to be implemented, there are over 7 different buildings, 3 looping wall textures, 10 props, 3 background characters, slopes and ledges
The only thing left for it to be finished are some buildings for a background layer, and new color palettes for a day and night cycle
New stage start, eating and digesting animation for Pherl, all finished. But they still need the weight variety
There are also a bunch of small factions for the game that are being designed, we have many images of new enemies, but I rather wait until I make some animations to show you, since I think their designs and usages are too cool to spoil them like that.
I'm very ashamed of the slow progress, but the programmer is having issues with his computer, so I'm trying to make some extra money with comissions to pay someone else to code on his place
