Choked Out Mind Fuck Trigger Slave Hypnosis [NSFW]

The version that plays by default in this post has a 6 minute after care section at the end of it for this reason, This is a slave hypnosis recording that makes it so that your mind can not perceive the oxygen in your lungs even though you are breathing in and out when I use the trigger "Choked Out". It does not matter if you are breathing because you will not be able to feel like you are breathing. An additional suggestion is given to feel this trigger active automatically if you are listening to a breath play recording and you "cheat" and take a breath before you are allowed. That was intense. Im glad I listened but the after care had me in tears...probably because I'm not very nice to myself and then to listen to something that says I need to be, kind of made me emotional. It was nice though.
