I’m just going to give them my, “pretty please let me out of Instagram jail,” face. Do you think it will work?

Anyways getting off FB had a positive impact on my mental state of mind. Another reason was time spent. Spending thousands of hours scrolling FB is insane. Time is the worlds precious commodity. You cannot get it back.
