Headed back to the island π
Added 2021-11-11 12:30:31 +0000 UTCWhat an eventful trip! I had much needed week with my son Miles and his partner Amy , my mom, dad, sisters, nieces and nephews and my aortic warrior BFF, which was just incredible.
Unfortunately as my dentist was putting on my crown it broke so I will be back in another 2 weeks to try this again. It was a disappointment and I was pretty upset to have to turn around and go home without having my crown applied but itβs life right? Life is what happens while we are making plans. Iβll return in 2 weeks to try again.
This trip was particularly hard on my bipolar disorder but Iβm learning new ways to cope. Taking alone time is crucial yet isolating too much is not. Iβm loooking forward to heading home to recalibrate. The ocean will do me good and so will being with my King.
My mind is a bit cluttered until then, so I will say adios for now. Make the most of your time and try to stay focused on the good stuff. I love you π

Just stay calm and relax when you can. I'm certain that you do a good job at writing everything down. You're very good at your job, and you are beautiful inside and out. I live with 2 roommates and both have mental health diagnosis. There's not much that goes on. But I do have a lot of giving them advice. I'm 11 years older than both, so sometimes I feel like a mother. Good luck with your tooth,I can't stand dentist!!!! π π Lol.
