This costume is obviously incredible but there’s a little fun history to me buying it.
I don’t have any good history on the costume itself but I saw it on ebay. There were several sets of costumes with hot pink turkey feather boa backpacks just like the one you see here.
Feather backpacks tend have a heavy a carnival feel but you do also see them in more high end burlesque costumes as well.
I offered a price and the seller said yes. I noticed soon after that there were several sellers who ended up with pieces of this costume collection.
Even though it’s not a rare costume I sure do love It! It fits beautifully and has a strong, colorful, celebrational aesthetic.
