Puerto Rico is open for business! Yes, even Viejo San Juan. Don’t mind the paint, Puerto Ricans are simply creating a new feature for themselves. Come join in on the celebration! True, it is rebuilding, it is under construction politically, but this is the best time in the world to be here! While History is being made. What an incredible and humbling experience to be a part of the celebration of this historic event. There is simply no place like it.
