Isla Del Encanto Show - Photo Set #1

“You can never unify if you want things to go your way” 

Recently i had  the incredible experience of (what I consider to be) divine unity. While  working to put together the burlesque show here in Rincón, Puerto Rico, we encountered every problem we could possibly think of, and a few extra  problems we certainly didn’t think of. 

What a beautiful testament to  friendship, solidarity, unity, feminism and humanity that each one of  the incredible people involved in this project pulled it together with  zero argument, zero drama or trauma. Just a driven force of unity  converging to create the most beautiful burlesque experience of my life  so far. 

Thank you to my brave and unbothered burlesque crew: Sylas Crow, Circo Teatro Bandada, Jeez Loueez, Lilly Rascal, Hot Tawdry, and Lola Coquette. Thank you to Soda Gardocki and Kenny, Haley Atkin, our incredible and gracious hosts Jo Anne and Bill at Casa Palma Azul. Thank you to each audience member who joined us hand in hand to push the boundaries of beauty and celebrate radical feminism through  love and self acceptance. We are stronger together and can accomplish more when we unite in celebration.  All bodies are beautiful!
