This is kind of a big update, but it has some exciting news!
First is, we're starting more projects!
You're probably worried that this will take away from Shackles of Ellswyn's development, which is a concern that was raised during Black Contract's release. For the most part these projects will have all completed assets, and will be created in a similar style to Black Contract, where they are relatively simple, shorter games based on a comic or comic series.
The main thing that takes development time, is the artist creating high-quality art. All projects will have a different unique artist, which means that they won't overlap in focus and won't slow any projects down. Especially if the artist's work is done already because we're adapting an exist project.
Finally, the elephant in the room,
You've probably noticed Cubze's absence. It's not just from this project, she's taken a complete break. For the last few months Cubze has been increasingly worried about burn out, and Shackles of Ellswyn's demand for high quality art, in such high quantity from players expecting a lot of content from a game only months old definitely added pressure. This break is definitely a positive thing for her and her content, and will always have work for her to do whenever she is ready.
Until that time, we will be working with lots of other talented artists to keep doing monthly release content both for Shackles of Ellswyn, but also more new titles which will all be available at the 5$ tier.
And some of the new things coming are super exciting, I can't wait to show you.

Replying to Cubze, honestly now that the game is still kind of new is the best time to put your foot down early and tell people you need to switch to slower releases to prioritize the health of the team. That way if you drop more content at once after some months pass by people will have more to talk about. I have seen people make popular visual novels that supporters wait very long times because they know the content is that good. Same applies here, although I do understand what you are saying about not enough content for steam and what not.
